A. Deputy Manager – Legal

Responsibility -
Drafting and vetting of legal documents like agreements relating to
products/services like commodity supply chain management, collateral custody
and monitoring services, technology service agreements, storage services,
testing services, etc., MoUs, lease
agreements, service provider agreements
Drafting of legal notices and replying to notices received from clients / regulatory
authorities
Co-ordination with law firms for handling of litigation and advising company on
litigation management
Negotiating with clients for finalization of agreements
Providing legal support for legal compliances to all product group / service group

Qualification -
5-7 years in law firms / corporate legal team in handling both litigation and
non- litigation work
Should be able to independently handle the legal functions

B. Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts

Responsibility -
Preparation and development of various MIS reports: Company business plans,
department-wise budgets, branch costing/profitability, development of MIS.
Computation, payment of income tax and FBT and co-ordination of tax returns
with assessments: IT, gratuity, wealth-tax, transfer pricing and FBT
Coordinate for statutory/Internal/Tax audits.
Fixed assets accounting and monitor capital expenditure.
Need to be conversant with various laws/rules and compliance related matters.
Co-ordination on implementation, enhancement of accounting software, system
audits and undertake automation initiatives.
Co-ordinate legal opinions on direct, indirect taxes like service tax, VAT etc.

Qualification -
CA with 4-5 years relevant experience in Mfg./ Service industry
Good communication and analytical skills, team player, should be able to manage
team of professionals.
Needs to interact across functions and levels in the organisation.
Good knowledge of accounting, direct tax and service tax.

Responsibility -
Carrying out initial survey and identifying the new warehouse locations.
Controlling the normal warehouse operations.
Supervising the deposits and disbursements of commodities.
Carrying out audit for physical verifications of commodities.

Qualification -
Post Graduate in Agriculture with atleast 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant
industry.
Good communication skills both written & verbal.
