Leading and driving the team to generate the desired warehousing business in the area assigned.

Implementing the marketing, sales, & customer care activities for state to ensure the strategic business growth.

Sourcing new clients, working on the leads generated and maintaining relationship with the existing clients.

Ensuring service standards as per guidelines laid down in standard operating processes.

Manage field operations for warehousing division across the state.

Ensuring compliance as per the statutory requirements and liaisoning with the local authorities.

Postgraduate in Agri- Business Management /Marketing with exposure to warehousing and logistics with 3-5 years corporate experience.

The candidates should possess good communication skills to interact with various internal and external clients.

The Candidates would be reporting Regional Manager.

Ensure implementation of risk control measures as enunciated in SOPs

Ensure the overall security of the CMP

Networking with the local community for information collection relevant to NCMSL business

Agri graduate/graduate with 0-2 years of experience in agricultural commodity warehousing involving record keeping, monitoring of physical stock in warehouses.

The candidates should possess good communication skills to interact with various internal and external clients.

The Candidates should have the ability to lead, Manage and motivate the service team to get the work done as per scheduled dates.

Responsible for implementation of risk control measures detailed in SOPs to maintain Quality, Quantity & Safety of commodities

Responsible for periodic fumigation as per SOPs

Responsible for pest control activities as and when required and as guided by SOPs

Any Graduate with 0-2 years of experience in agricultural warehousing or any warehousing segment.

Building business through banks for WHR Financing, Agricultural Loans, Commodity Financing, Collateral Management and other financing structures.

Building and Maintaining relationship through continuous interaction with bank officials and assessing business opportunities in different locations assigned.

Creating product awareness among the customers and getting feed back on market situations and commercial situations.

MBA in sales and marketing with 2years experience.
Having worked in sales and marketing in the banking industry preferably agri sales/ warehousing/agri input industry.
Should have good communication skills.
